We are located minutes from Old Town Scottsdale giving you access to many of the best restaurants, golf, and spring training baseball. The Giants stadium is 1 mile and it is less than 15 minute drive to the Cubs, Diamond Backs, and Rockies games.
With 4 bedrooms each with its own King sized bed & a Queen Sleeper Sofa our home comfortably sleeps ten.
The main home has 3 bedrooms all with King sized beds. The master bedroom includes en-suite bathroom with heated floors, a large walk-in closet and 4 head shower. The home features a fully stocked kitchen with premium finishes throughout. Our open floor plan is ideal for entertaining.
In addition to the main home we also have a private casita also with a King size bed which includes a kitchenette and on-suite bathroom.
Outside of the home includes a custom outdoor kitchen (BBQ, bar and mini-fridge), pergola and plenty of lounge chairs/seating, big screen HD Smart TV with premium surround sound speakers.
In the front of the house is also an enclosed patio which includes an additional seating, putting green, and corn hole.
A laundry room which includes a custom dog bath.
