Welcome to your Downtown Kona Retreat, your top-floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo. Enjoy beautiful ocean views and sunsets from the lanai, and room for up to 6 guests. Your condo is only a 5 minute walk to sandy beaches or downtown Kona with great shopping and dining. Our condo has AC, a fully equipped kitchen, pool, and hot tub. Relax after a day of exploring Kona’s coastline, coffee farms, and historic sites. Your perfect home base for families and friends.
The master bedroom has great views of the mountains and a comfortable king sized bed and flat screen smart TV. Downstairs is the first full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or have a night cap while you watch the sunset from your private lanai. Both the living room and master bedroom have their own mini split air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay.
Make your way upstairs to the loft which includes a queen size bedroom and en suite full bathroom. Again this includes a third mini split AC.
During your stay you will have access to our community pool, hot tub, and bbq.
A short walk from the condo and you are in downtown Kona, on the pier, or at one of the two nearby beaches. Downtown Kona has many excellent dining options, souvenir shops, and art galleries for your enjoyment.
